Unfortunately, we’ve seen a rise in no-shows - bookings where guests don’t attend and don’t cancel. As a small business, this has a real impact, especially when tables are held and other guests are turned away.

To help manage this, we’ve introduced a No-Show Policy:

A fee of £10 per person will only be charged if a reservation isn’t cancelled and the party doesn’t attend. We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least two hours before your booking. Your card will not be charged if you cancel within this timeframe. For your reassurance, card details are automatically deleted 72 hours after your original reservation – we don’t keep them on file. We really didn’t want to introduce this, but the increasing number of no-shows is affecting our ability to serve valued guests like yourself.
